Juice: Blend peeled bottle gourd chunks with water, strain, and add lemon or ginger for a refreshing drink.

 

Soup: Sauté chopped bottle gourd, onions, and garlic, then simmer in vegetable broth. Blend for a creamy soup.

 

Cooked: Slice bottle gourd and stir-fry with veggies, seasoning with spices like turmeric and coriander.

3. DETOX DRINKS FOR LIVER

 

3.a Opt-1

 

Step:1 Boil 1 glass of water

Step:2 Add 1 tsp grated ginger

Step:3 Add ½ half tsp turmeric powder (haldi powder)

Step:4 Add ½ half tsp cinnamon powder (dalchini powder)

Step:5 Let the mixture boil for 10 mins

Step:6 Strain the water

Step:7 Add 1 tsp of lemon juice

Step:8 Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

Step:9 Drink it lukewarm

 

3.b Opt-2

 

Step:1 Boil 1 glass of water

Step:2 Add ½ tsp grounded ginger

Step:3 Add ½ tsp fenugreek seeds

Step:4 Add ½ tsp freshly grated turmeric

Step:5 Add 1tsp lemon juice

Step:6 Add 2-3 peppermint leaves

Step:7 Let the mixture boil for 10 mins

Step:8 Strain the water

Step:9 Drink it lukewarm

 

Note: Drink this every morning or evening on an empty stomach for 14 days
